Imaandaar Builders Private Limited is located at Wz-28 in Nimri Village, over in the Shastri Nagar area of North West Delhi. The name we chose, Imaandaar, is something we take seriously in our daily work, but we don't like to make a big fuss about it. We are just builders working in a very crowded and lively part of the city. Our office in Nimri Village is simple. It's the kind of place where you can just walk in and see what we are doing. There is usually a lot of dust from the nearby roads and the sound of traffic is constant, but that is 110052 for you. We spend our time managing different building projects. It involves a lot of back and forth with laborers and vendors. Some days it feels like we are just solving one small problem after another, whether it is a delayed truck or a missing tool. We are not a giant corporation with hundreds of offices. We are a local team that knows these streets well. Most of us have lived in Delhi for a long time, so we understand how things move here. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just have a calendar with deadlines and a lot of phone numbers written on scraps of paper. It is a messy, honest way to run a business, and it keeps us busy from morning until late evening.
