If you look for us in Malviya Nagar, you’ll find our office at A 42 on the first floor. This is Iipm, and we’ve been in the Shivalik area of New Delhi for a good stretch of time. Being on the first floor is handy, though the stairs can be a bit steep if you’re carrying boxes. The office itself is just a regular room filled with desks and some old filing cabinets. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. It’s a place where we come to work, talk to people, and get things organized. The neighborhood is lively, which is great for finding a quick bite to eat. Our team is small, and we don't have many formal rules. We just expect everyone to do their part. It’s an honest way to spend the day. Sometimes the office is quiet, and other times everyone is talking at once. We don't use big words or corporate speak because that’s not who we are. We are just regular people working in New Delhi. If you drop by, you’ll probably see us with cups of chai, working through a pile of papers. It’s simple and it works for us. We like the stability of being in Shivalik and seeing the same faces every morning. No big mystery to it. It’s just how we run things around here.
