IH Buildtech Private Limited is located at Shop No. 1, House No. 1. We are on the ground floor, which is right near the MCD Boys Primary School in Samalakha. This is in the South West Delhi area, 110037. Being near the school means it gets pretty busy around here when the kids are coming and going, but otherwise, it's a decent spot for a business. We focus on building technology and general construction tasks. Our shop is where we handle the orders and talk to people about what they need. It’s a small space, nothing fancy at all. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and trying to figure out how to make things work within a budget. Samalakha is a place where you really have to know your neighbors and the local suppliers to get things done efficiently. We’ve had our share of problems with deliveries and weather, just like anyone else in this line of work. We don't try to sound like a big corporate entity because we aren't. We are just a local business trying to make a living by building things properly. Most of our day is spent either on the phone or out at a site checking on progress. It's a lot of manual labor and coordination. We keep it simple and just do the work that comes our way without making a big deal about it.
