Iec Softwares Ltd.

Iec House is where we spend our days, specifically at E-216 in East of Kailash. It’s a pretty standard office building and we’ve been here for quite a long time. Iec Softwares Ltd. takes up some of the space here. It’s not one of those modern offices with glass walls and open plans. It’s more traditional, with actual rooms and desks that have been here since we started. We do software work, so there’s a lot of typing and staring at monitors for hours on end. The neighborhood is okay, though the traffic on the main road can be a real pain in the mornings. We have a small break room where the coffee machine usually works, and that’s where most of us hang out for a few minutes. We don't have any big slogans or motivational posters. We just come in, do our coding or testing, and then head home. We’re a mix of people who’ve been here forever and a few newer faces. We don't spend much time worrying about how we look to the outside world. We just focus on getting the software right. It’s a steady pace of work. We’ve seen other companies come and go in this building, but we’re still here, just doing what we do. It’s a practical way to run things, and it keeps us busy enough.
