Our office is up on the third floor of Building 18 in the Pushp Vihar Community Centre. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens sometimes. We are Ideaz Integrated Solutions Pvt Ltd, but most people just call us Ideaz. The space is filled with desks and a lot of wires. We spend most of our time staring at screens. Pragati Vihar is a busy area, so there is always noise from the street below. We've got a window that looks out over the parking area. It’s not the best view, but it lets in some light. We usually have lunch together around one. Someone brings a tiffin and we all share. It’s a habit we’ve had since we started here. The work is steady. We handle a lot of different things for different people. It keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the printer jams and we all have to take turns trying to fix it. We don’t have a fancy reception area. If you come in, you just see us working. We like it that way. No fuss. It’s a practical place for practical work. The walls could use a new coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. We're too busy making sure things get done for the day. It's a decent place to spend our working hours. We don't have big meetings or long speeches. We just talk across the desks when something needs to be sorted out. It's simple.
