I P S S is located in a basement at Khasra No 1028-1 in the Mahipalpur Extension area. It’s right in the middle of the village and post office zone, which can get pretty crowded during the day. Working from a basement means it stays a bit cooler in the summer, which we appreciate. The space is filled with equipment and supplies related to our daily operations. It’s not a place where you’d expect to find a corporate boardroom. Instead, it’s just a bunch of us working around a few old tables. We handle various service tasks and manage the logistics from this spot. Sometimes the lighting isn't great, but we’ve got enough lamps to see what we are doing. Since we are in Mahipalpur, there’s always a lot of traffic and noise from the airport nearby, but we’ve learned to tune it out. We don’t have a lot of visitors, but when someone does come by, they usually have to navigate the narrow street outside. It’s a very practical setup. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we’d rather just focus on the work itself. Each day is about getting through the logs and making sure the clients are handled. It’s nothing spectacular, just a small business trying to keep things moving in a busy part of town. We’ve been here for a couple of years and the routine hasn't changed much.
