We are Hyat Builders Llp, and our office is located at C-53 in Preet Vihar. Being based in East Delhi means we are right in the middle of a lot of residential and commercial activity. Our setup is quite simple. We have a few desks, some computers for the accounts, and a whole lot of files from the jobs we have finished in the past. We do not go in for big advertisements or any of that. Most people hear about us through word of mouth or just by seeing our name at a construction site. Our day usually starts very early, checking the weather and making sure the trucks are moving. Construction is a tough business because there are so many different moving parts to watch. You have to manage the workers, the materials, and the expectations of the people you are building for. It is never a boring day, though it can get quite stressful when things get delayed for reasons we cannot control. We try to be honest about what is actually happening on the site. If there is a problem, we just say so and then we try to fix it. We are not a giant corporation with hundreds of employees. We are a smaller group that likes to stay involved in every single part of the building process. From the first brick to the final coat of paint, we are usually there.
