We have our office down on the lower ground floor of the World Trade Center at Babar Road. It’s unit 119, also known as B-7, right in the middle of Connaught Place. Despite the fancy-sounding name of the building, our operation is pretty down-to-earth. We go by Hulk and Hercules Contractors, and we spend most of our time dealing with the nuts and bolts of building projects. Being in CP means we’re centrally located, but it also means dealing with a lot of noise and people. Our office is a place where we figure out the logistics for our construction sites. We handle things like renovation work and new builds, mostly focusing on the heavy lifting—hence the name, I guess. We aren't the type of people to wear suits and ties; you’re more likely to see us in work boots and dusty jeans. The construction world is full of surprises, usually the kind that involve delays or broken equipment, so we spend a lot of time problem-solving. We don't have any polished marketing pitch to give. We just take on a job, hire the right people, and try to finish it without too much trouble. It’s a lot of hard work and late nights, but we’re used to it. Most of our clients find us because they saw our name on a board at a job site. We just keep moving from one project to the next.
