Our office is in the basement of D-878 in New Friends Colony. It’s a bit tucked away, so you have to look closely at the numbers to find us. Being in the basement means it stays a bit cooler in the summer, which is a relief when the Delhi heat kicks in. We focus on infra projects, which basically means we are always dealing with construction, materials, and deadlines. It’s not always pretty. There’s usually dust on the shoes and a lot of noise coming from the street above. We have been in this part of New Delhi for some time now. Homozone isn't a name you hear every day, but we liked it. We don't spend money on fancy furniture or big signs. Most of our budget goes into the equipment and making sure the sites are running. Sometimes we’re here late into the night finishing up reports or checking schedules. It’s a small team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. One day you’re talking to a contractor, the next you’re fixing the printer. That’s just how it goes for a small business like ours. We are right near the main part of the colony, so there’s always somewhere to grab a quick bite. It’s a practical setup for us. We just focus on the projects and keep things moving as best as we can without making things complicated or spending on things we don't need.
