Homffins Private Limited

Our office is located at House Number 3 in Block-18 of Shakti Nagar. It is more of a residential-style building, which fits the way we like to work. Homffins Private Limited is a small outfit, and we prefer staying in North Delhi where things feel a bit more familiar. The 110007 area is quite established, and being tucked away in Shakti Nagar means we don't have to deal with the chaos of the main roads every single minute. We use a couple of rooms in the house to manage all our business activities. Most days, there is a lot of tea being drank while we look over floor plans and talk to contractors. It’s a very hands-on environment here. We don't go in for fancy signs or corporate branding; we just have our name on the door. A lot of people who come by are from the local neighborhood or have heard about us through friends. We focus on getting the work done right rather than trying to look bigger than we are. It’s a bit crowded with all the files and samples we keep around, but it works for us. Living and working in the same general area of Delhi helps us stay connected to what is actually happening on the streets. It’s a simple, honest way to run things, and we wouldn't have it any other way. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily tasks that come our way.
