We work out of a spot in Uttam Nagar, specifically over at Plot No. 75 A in the Vikash Nagar Extension. It’s tucked away in Gali No. 6 of Block B. If you’ve ever been to Uttam Nagar, you know the streets are a bit of a maze. Gali No. 6 is a narrow lane where the neighbors know each other and children are often playing outside. Our office isn't something you’d find in a corporate park. It’s a local building that we’ve made our own. Hometerior Constructions India is right here in the thick of things. Finding the plot for the first time can be a bit tricky because the numbering in Vikash Nagar isn't always obvious. Once you’re inside, it’s just a regular work environment. We have our drafting tables and a few computers set up. The sounds of the street, like the vegetable vendors shouting or the bikes passing by, are always in the background. It feels very grounded and real. We don't have fancy furniture or glass partitions. We use what we have and focus on the construction work we need to finish. There is a small shop around the corner where we get our snacks and cold drinks. It’s a modest setup, but it serves us well for planning out our builds. We like being part of the neighborhood instead of being isolated in some high-rise. It’s just how we operate.
