Hmjt Infra Llp is based over in Ashram at a DDA Flat. The address is H No-65-B in Sun Light Colony-Ii, and we are on the second floor. It’s a very local setting in New Delhi, 110014. Working out of a flat gives our office a much more personal feel than a typical office building. We have been here for a bit now, managing infrastructure and property work. It’s just a few of us in the office most days. We spend a lot of time talking to local vendors and checking on our projects nearby. Ashram is a busy area with a lot of traffic, but once you get into Sun Light Colony, it settles down a little. We don’t have any fancy marketing people or a big corporate structure. It’s just us, working on our computers and taking calls from people who need things built or fixed. Sometimes the stairs to the second floor feel a bit steep after a long day, but we don’t mind. We know this neighborhood well and we like being part of it. Our work is pretty direct. We take on a job and we see it through until it’s finished. We don’t use a lot of jargon or try to sound more important than we are. We are just a local business doing what we know how to do best, right here in the heart of Delhi.
