Hilton Industries

You can find Hilton Industries at C-60 in Janakpuri. We’re tucked away behind Janak Cinema, which used to be a big landmark around here. There’s a Mother Dairy nearby too, which is where most of us grab milk or a snack during the day. We’ve been in this building for quite some time. It’s an old structure, but it’s sturdy. We do a lot of manufacturing work here. It's loud, and there's always something being welded or cut. We don't have a receptionist sitting at a front desk. Usually, you just walk in and find someone in the back. Our clothes usually have a bit of grease on them by the end of the shift. That’s just part of the job. We aren't a big corporation with layers of management. If there's a problem, we just stand around the machine and talk it through until it’s fixed. Janakpuri is a busy place, so parking is always a bit of a headache for us and the visitors. We’ve grown used to the chaos of the street outside. Inside, we just focus on the work. We’ve got some old-timers who have been here since the start and some younger guys learning the ropes. It’s a good mix. We don't worry about sounding important; we just want the products to be solid. That is the main thing for everyone here. We keep it simple and just get the job done.
