Hcl Infotech is tucked away at A-61B in New Ashok Nagar. This part of Delhi-96 is always moving, and we are right in the thick of it. The office is a bit small, but it fits everything we need to do our work. We mostly deal with computer systems and the various technical problems that crop up for people in the city. There is always a stack of motherboards or monitors somewhere near the door. We don't spend money on interior decorators or expensive signs. Most of our furniture is just whatever was practical and available. It creates a bit of a lived-in look, which we don't mind at all. New Ashok Nagar can be a bit confusing with all the similar-looking blocks, but we’ve been at A-61B long enough that the local delivery guys know us well. We don't have a big team of sales people. It is just a few of us who know our way around a circuit board. We show up in the morning, get the machines started, and work through the list of things to fix. It’s a plain, honest way to make a living. We like the independence of it and the chance to solve real problems every day. Sometimes the ceiling fan makes a bit of noise, but we just ignore it and keep working. That's just how it is here. Most days we are just happy to get through the queue of repairs.
