Our office is tucked away in Kurmanchal-Niketan at Plot Number 15 in Patparganj. We are specifically in Flat Number 5. Delhi-92 is a busy area with a lot of traffic and noise outside, but inside the flat, it’s mostly just the sound of fans and people typing. It’s a bit of a residential-style setup, which makes it feel less like a cold corporate building. We handle a lot of the local IT requests that come through Hcl Infosystems here. Sometimes the stairs are a bit narrow when we are carrying heavy boxes of equipment, but we manage. We’ve got a few desks and some storage for parts. It is not the kind of place where you’ll find a fancy lobby or a receptionist. We just get on with the day’s work. Most of the staff live nearby, so we know the local tea stalls and the best places to grab a quick lunch. The neighbors in Patparganj are used to seeing us coming and going with laptop bags and tools. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t spend much time on decorating or making things look perfect. As long as the electricity stays steady and the internet works, we are happy. Being in a flat means we have to keep things organized so we do not trip over cables. It’s a small, hard-working crew here just trying to keep the tech running for whoever needs us in East Delhi.
