We are set up here in Kairana, specifically at Chowk Bazar. It’s a busy spot. You’ll find us right by Vijender Kumar Tarun Singhal, the cloth merchant. It might seem like a funny place for a tech company like Hcl Infosystems Ltd, but it works for us. We handle all sorts of computer work and hardware issues right from this room. The street is always loud with people shopping for fabric, so it's never quiet here. We’ve been operating in Muzaffarnagar district for a bit now, helping folks with their machines. It isn't a huge glassy building or anything. It's just a practical space where we get the job done. Sometimes people get confused finding the entrance because of the cloth shop, but once you’re inside, it’s all systems and cables. We don't have fancy receptionists. Usually, it's just one of us looking up from a screen. The lighting isn't great, but we have what we need to see. People from all over the local area drop by when their laptops are acting up or they need a part replaced. We try to keep things moving. It gets hot in the summer, though the fan helps a bit. We don't do much advertising; word of mouth in the bazaar keeps us busy enough. It's a simple life here, just fixing things and keeping the tech running for the neighbors. We stay until the work is done, usually around the time the shops start closing up for the night.
