Harsh Narayan Dwellers Private Limited

We are set up on the second floor of the D21 Corporate Park in Dwarka Sector 21. It’s a modern enough building, which is a nice change from some of the older parts of the city. Harsh Narayan Dwellers is our company, and we’ve been operating from this South West Delhi location for some time. The office has big windows, but mostly you just see the metro tracks and other office blocks. It’s a pretty quiet area compared to the main markets. We have a few desks and a small area where we keep our files on different dwelling projects. We spend most of our time answering emails and talking to people about where they want to live. It’s a lot of sitting and waiting for things to get approved. We don't have any corporate slogans or a fancy lobby with a fountain. It’s just an office with some computers and a fridge that makes a loud humming noise. Usually, we bring our own lunch from home and eat together while we talk about whatever is on the news. The commute is easy for those of us who live nearby, which is a plus. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, we just want to get the paperwork finished so we can go home. It’s a simple, practical workplace for us. It is nothing like the shiny places you see in the television ads.
