Happy Kids Play School

This place is located on the 3rd floor of building 68 in South Patel Nagar. It’s right in the middle of a busy residential area, so there is always some kind of noise or activity going on outside on the street. Being on the third floor means we get a bit more natural light in the rooms, which is nice for the kids when they are drawing. We mainly focus on play school activities here. The space is filled with colorful mats, some small plastic chairs, and plenty of bins full of blocks and dolls. It’s not a massive campus, just a few rooms where local kids come to spend their mornings. Most parents live within walking distance, so they just drop their children off before going to work or heading to the local market. You can hear the sounds of the street below, cars honking and people talking, but the kids don't seem to mind it much. We spend the day doing simple things like drawing, singing some songs, and learning the alphabet. The walls have a lot of handprints on them from past art projects that we never quite managed to take down. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow or doesn't work, so we end up taking the stairs. It keeps us moving. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone like that. It’s just us teachers and the helpers making sure the place is swept and ready every morning by 8:00 AM. South Patel Nagar is a tight-knit community, and we feel like a small part of that daily rhythm. It’s just a regular spot for kids to grow.
