Hans Memorial Institute & Research Centre

We are based at 159, Veer Nagar, which is quite close to Rana Pratap Bagh. This building has been home to the Hans Memorial Institute & Research Centre for quite a while. We aren't a massive university or anything like that. It’s more of a dedicated space where we focus on our specific research and training work. The building itself is older, which gives it a bit of character. Inside, it’s mostly offices and rooms filled with books, papers, and the equipment we need for our studies. It can get pretty quiet here when everyone is focused on their work, which is nice compared to the busy streets of Delhi outside. We have a small group of people who work here, and we all know each other well. It’s not the kind of place that has a big marketing department or polished brochures. We just do our research and keep our records in order. People come here for learning or to look into the research we’ve been doing. It’s a very practical, hands-on environment. Sometimes we have meetings or small classes, and the rooms get a bit cramped, but we manage. We’ve stayed in Veer Nagar because it’s a good location for us and it feels like home. We just keep our heads down and get the work done day after day. It’s a quiet life of research for us.
