Our workplace is located at RZF 756/05 in Rajnagar-II, which is part of the Palam Colony area in New Delhi. It is a bit of a maze back here if you are not familiar with the streets. We are tucked away in a spot that feels more like a neighborhood than a business district. The building we are in is shared with some other folks, and we have our own section where we set up our computers. It is not the most modern office you have ever seen. We have mismatched chairs and some old desks that have seen better days. But it works for what we do. We spend our time looking at screens and talking on the phone. The sounds of kids playing or people selling vegetables often drift in from the street. It gives the place a very local feel. We are not trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or expensive art. We are just here to do our work. Most of us bring lunch from home and we eat together at a small table in the back. Sometimes we run out of milk for tea and someone has to run down to the shop on the corner. It is a simple life and a simple way to run a business. We do not use a lot of big words or complicated processes. We just handle things as they come up and try to keep our customers happy without any extra fuss.
