We are based in the DDA Building over in Nehru Place. Our specific spot is LG-3, which is part of the area covering Building Number 2 to 5. Hampus Promoters Llp is the name of our outfit. Nehru Place is always buzzing with tons of people and all kinds of electronics. It can be a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it. We work on property promotions and various development projects. Our office is a busy place with people coming in and out at all hours of the day. We are not big on formal rules or corporate culture. We usually dress casual and just talk like normal people do. The work can get a bit stressful when we have tight deadlines, but we just put our heads down and get on with it. We handle a lot of the logistical side of property deals. This involves a lot of legwork and making sure the right papers get into the right hands at the right time. We do not have a fancy reception area with a giant logo on the wall. It is just a workspace where we get things done. Sometimes the noise from the market outside is quite loud, but we have mostly gotten used to it by now. We are not trying to be the biggest or most famous company in Delhi. We just want to do our jobs well. It is a straightforward business run by local people.
