Gulyani Developers Private Limited is located in Pitampura, North West Delhi. You can find us at House No. 52 on the 3rd floor in BLK-TU. We’re pretty close to Hotel City Park, which is usually the easiest landmark to give people when they’re trying to find the office. Being on the third floor keeps us a bit away from the noise of the street, but you can still hear the traffic. Pitampura is a lively area, and there’s always a lot of movement around here. Our office is where we do all the planning and meet with people to talk about their projects. It’s a simple space with a couple of desks and a lot of folders. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that; usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it. Living and working in Delhi-110034 means we know the local market pretty well. We’ve been at this for a while, just taking on local development jobs and making sure things get finished. It’s not a polished operation, but we know what we’re doing. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, but mostly we try to stick to a normal routine. We’re just regular people who happened to start a development company because we liked the work. We don't use big words or fancy pitches, we just tell people what can be done.
