Being on the ground floor is handy because people can just walk right in without having to deal with stairs or elevators. The office is pretty simple. We have some desks, a few chairs for guests, and a lot of folders stacked up. We spend our days helping people get into colleges and universities, mostly abroad. It’s a lot of looking at grades and figuring out which schools might be a good fit for someone. We aren't a big, polished consulting firm with a lot of jargon. We just talk like regular people and explain the process as simply as we can. Sometimes we are on the phone for hours trying to get an answer from an admissions office. The Subhash Nagar area is usually pretty busy, so there’s always something going on outside our door. We’ve got a small team here, and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s scanning documents or answering the door.
