Our office and warehouse are at A-62/2 in the Gt Karnal Road Industrial Area. It’s a very busy part of town with lots of warehouses and factories side by side. We spend most of our time dealing with textiles and clothing orders. The space is filled with racks of fabric and finished garments waiting to be shipped out. It’s not a retail shop, so we don't get many walk-in customers, mostly just delivery drivers and suppliers. The floor is concrete and can be quite cold in the winter months. We have a few desks tucked away in the front where we handle all the paperwork. Sometimes the internet is slow, which makes the work take longer than it should. We drink a lot of tea to stay focused throughout the day. The building is older, so the windows rattle when the big trucks drive by on the main road. We try to keep things organized, but when a big shipment arrives, there are piles of stuff everywhere for a few days. We don't have a fancy sign out front, just the number on the door. It’s a practical workspace meant for getting things done. We work long hours, especially when there's a deadline to meet. It’s a lot of checking tags and packing boxes. It’s simple work, but it keeps us busy from morning until night.
