Griseo Constructions Private Limited

Griseo Constructions Private Limited operates out of Shop No 5 in the RP Block of the DDA Market in Pitampura. Being in a DDA market means we are right in the middle of everything. There are people coming and going all day for groceries or bank work, and we are just another shop in the row. We have been here in North Delhi for a while now. The space isn't huge, but it is enough for our construction files and a couple of desks. When you walk in, you will see a lot of folders and maybe some samples of materials we are using for current jobs. We spend our time managing construction work around the city, so there is usually someone running out to a site or coming back with some news. Pitampura is a busy hub, and being at CSC Pitampura makes it easy for people to drop in. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. We are more comfortable in our work boots than in suits. The market can be quite noisy with the traffic and the shoppers, but we have gotten used to it. Most of our day is spent making sure the projects are moving along as they should. We talk to vendors, check on deliveries, and try to keep things organized in the shop. It is a lot of coordination, but that is just how the construction business goes. We like the local market vibe.
