Grih Pravesh Infra Marketing India Private Limited is located right over by the bus stand in Patel Garden. If you know the Kakrola area, we are at Plot No. B-127A on the first floor. It is a convenient spot because of the bus stop being so close, which makes it easy for people to find us. We mostly deal with the marketing side of things for infrastructure and local housing. It involves a lot of talking to people and explaining how things work in the real estate world around New Delhi. Our office is not anything fancy, just a desk and some chairs and plenty of folders piled up. We have been in this spot for a bit and we have gotten to know the neighbors well. The traffic around the bus stand can be noisy, but it keeps the energy up. We spend our mornings checking listings and our afternoons meeting with folks who are interested in the local market. There is a lot of back and forth in this job. Some days we are stuck in the office doing data entry and other days we are out looking at sites. It is a practical way to earn a living and we enjoy being part of the Patel Garden community. We do not use big words or try to act like we are more than we are. We are just a small team handling property marketing as best as we can every day.
