Running a preschool in Bawana is definitely an experience. We are located right here in the middle of things in Delhi. Every morning, the place fills up with little kids who are mostly just excited to be out of the house. It is a lot of energy to handle before the first cup of tea. The building is simple, nothing too complicated. We have rooms for the different age groups and plenty of toys scattered around. You can usually hear the singing or the crying from the street. It is a noisy place, but that is just how preschools are. We spend a lot of time cleaning up after the kids and setting up for the next activity. The parents in Bawana are hardworking people, and they drop their children off early. We know most of the families around here by name. It is a local spot where the kids get to play and learn their basics. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when someone spills juice or loses a shoe, but we just handle it as it comes. There is no big corporate office behind us, just us here on the ground. We make sure the gates are locked and the kids are safe. By the time the afternoon comes, everyone is tired. It is an honest job, and we are just part of the neighborhood fabric here in this part of Delhi.
