Pret Homes

You can find us at E-245 in Greater Kailash 1. It is a well-known residential neighborhood and our office is tucked right into the middle of it. Pret Homes is a small team and we spend most of our time dealing with residential properties and home-related projects. Because we are in GK1, we see a lot of the local life every day. Our office isn't some high-tech space. It’s actually quite simple, with a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and stacks of catalogs and floor plans everywhere. We don’t have a big staff, so whoever answers the door is usually the person doing the actual work. We spend a lot of time out of the office too, visiting different sites and checking on progress. It’s a lot of walking and talking. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation. We just talk to people like neighbors. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when multiple projects are happening at once, and our desks can get buried under paperwork. We’ve been in this area long enough to know how things work around here. We don't make big promises or use fancy language to sell what we do. We just try to be practical and help our clients get what they need for their homes. The building we are in has been around for a while and it has a comfortable, lived-in feel to it. It’s a good place to work and we enjoy being part of this community.
