Grandeur Overseas

We are based in Karol Bagh, which is one of the busiest parts of Delhi. Our office is located right near the Dhanlaxmi Bank. If you have ever been to this neighborhood, you know it is crowded and noisy with people and cars everywhere. We handle overseas trade from our office here. This involves a lot of phone calls and sitting at the computer to send emails to people in different countries. Because of the time differences, some of us are often in the office at very strange hours of the night. The office itself is quite basic. We have our desks, our computers, and lots of folders filled with shipping documents. One good thing about being in Karol Bagh is that there is always great food just a few steps away. The noise from the main road never really stops, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We deal with many different products that are being sent abroad. It takes a lot of focus to make sure the shipping labels and the customs details are all correct. We are not some giant company with hundreds of employees. We are just a local team that has learned the ins and outs of international trade. Most of the other shopkeepers around here are our friends. We just come in every morning and do our best to get the goods moving.
