Goyal Properties is situated at E 24 in Naraina Vihar, right on the main road. If you know the area, we are directly opposite the Bikanerwala. That landmark makes it very easy for people to find us without getting lost. We spend most of our time dealing with local real estate. It’s a lot of showing people around different flats or shops in the Naraina area. The main road is always packed with cars and people, so there is never a dull moment looking out the window. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. Some buildings have gone up and others have been renovated. We don't really do the whole polished salesman routine. We just show the properties as they are and talk about the rent or the price honestly. It’s a practical business. Our office is usually full of maps and lists of available places. Sometimes we are out all day meeting people at different sites. It can be tiring, especially in the heat, but it’s part of the job. We know the blocks around here quite well. If someone is looking for a specific type of house, we usually have an idea of where to look. It’s not a fancy corporate office, just a place with some desks and a lot of keys hanging on the wall. We just keep things moving and try to help people find what they need.
