If you are in Kailash Colony, you might know Govt Lower Primary School.Kurubarahalli, located at A 39. It’s a small school in a busy part of Delhi 110048. We’ve been at this address for a long time, and the building has definitely seen a lot of history. It’s a primary school, so our days are filled with the sounds of younger children learning their basics. The rooms are simple, with wooden desks and a few cabinets for storing supplies. We don't have any of the fancy equipment you see in the private schools nearby. Instead, we rely on old-fashioned teaching and a lot of patience. The gate at A 39 is usually crowded in the mornings and afternoons with parents and rickshaws. Inside, it’s a bit more organized, though things can get messy during art or lunch. We have a small staff who all pitch in with everything, from teaching to fixing a broken chair or cleaning up a spill. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. We don't spend time on marketing or trying to look polished. Our focus is just on the daily schedule and making sure the kids are actually learning something before they head home. It’s a bit dusty, a bit noisy, and very real. That’s just how it is for us here in Kailash Colony, and we are fine with that. It’s just a normal school doing its thing.
