Govt. Lower Primary School

If you walk down Majlis Park Road in Adarsh Nagar, you’ll find us at B-467. It’s a standard government school building that has seen many batches of kids come and go. Being a lower primary school, we mostly have the little ones running around here. It gets pretty noisy in the mornings when parents are dropping their children off at the gate. The street outside can be a bit narrow, so it’s always a bit of a squeeze. Inside, we have the basic classrooms with desks and blackboards. We spend our days making sure the kids are in their seats and following the lessons. The building is solid but you can tell it’s been used for a long time. There is always some chalk dust in the air and the sound of children reciting things together. We don’t have any big fancy playgrounds, but the kids find ways to play in the open spaces we have. During the mid-day meal time, the whole place smells like food, which is a big part of our daily routine. The staff here is mostly local people who know the families in Adarsh Nagar quite well. It feels more like a community spot than just a government office. We just keep things moving, fixing what needs fixing and making sure the doors are open on time every single day. It’s simple work but it keeps us busy from morning until the final bell rings.
