We operate out of the lower ground floor at 736-2/7 in Govindpuri, right in the Kalkaji area. Because we are downstairs, it’s a bit darker than some offices, but several lamps help us see what we’re doing. The space feels a bit cramped due to all the parts and tools lying around. Identium Tech Solutions is a small operation. You won't find any fancy mission statements or corporate art on our walls. Instead, we just have calendars and a few notes taped up. This part of town is really busy, so the noise from cars and pedestrians is constant outside. For lunch, we usually grab something from the local stalls nearby. You have to be careful on the stairs coming down to us, especially when carrying equipment. We aren't trying to be some big, slick company. We’re just a bunch of people who know how to work with tech. Every morning starts the same: check the messages and get to work on whatever needs fixing or building. It’s a practical setup that works for us. Social media and marketing aren't things we spend much time on. Most people find us because of a recommendation from someone else. That’s just how we’ve always done things here in Govindpuri.
