We are located on the second floor of a building in Vijay Vihar, specifically at A-52 in Phase-II. It is a bit of a walk up the stairs since there is no elevator here. We mostly work with security cameras and alarm systems for homes and small shops. The office isn't very large, just enough room for a few desks and a lot of equipment stacked against the walls. We spend a good portion of our morning checking our schedules and making sure we have enough cable for the day’s installations. Vijay Vihar can be a bit confusing with the street names, so we often have to give people directions over the phone. We aren’t professional writers or anything, we just know how to set up a DVR and get the angles right on a camera. It’s mostly about making sure things work when they need to. Sometimes the parts we order get delayed, which is frustrating for everyone, but we try to keep people updated. We don't have a big showroom. If you want to see how a camera looks, we usually just plug it into the small TV we have in the corner. Most of our work comes from people telling their neighbors about us. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and know the local area quite well. It’s just a regular business doing regular work every day, nothing more and nothing less than that.
