Gmr Property Developers Private Limited is located right across from Terminal-3 of the Igl Airport. We are on the ground floor of New Udaan Bhawan in South West Delhi, pin code 110037. Working this close to the airport means we hear planes taking off and landing all day long. It is a very busy part of the city with a lot of security and traffic. New Udaan Bhawan is a large building, and our ground floor office is quite easy to get to once you are in the area. The office itself is set up for efficiency. We have our desks arranged so we can talk to each other easily about the various property developments we are managing. It can get a bit hectic with all the noise from the airport road, but we have gotten used to the constant hum of activity. We don't have a fancy waiting room; people just come in and we find a chair for them. The air conditioning is essential here because the pavement outside gets incredibly hot in the afternoon. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or working on spreadsheets. Being near the terminal means we see a lot of different people every day. It is a unique place to work, quite different from a quiet residential street. We just focus on the property business and keep things moving in this fast-paced environment. It is a lot of work but we stay busy.
