We’re located at 134C on the ground floor in Mohammadpur, right near Bhikaji Cama Place. It’s a busy area in Delhi, and being on the ground floor means we see a lot of people passing by our windows. Global Infotel Solutions is a small operation. We focus on telecommunications and information technology stuff. Our office is pretty simple—just a few desks, some servers humming in the corner, and a lot of cables. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find fancy art on the walls. We’re more interested in making sure the internet and phone lines stay up and running. The team here is a bunch of tech-minded people who enjoy troubleshooting. Mohammadpur has its own character, and we’ve become part of the local scene over the years. We know the tea stall guy and the other shop owners on the street. It’s a practical location for us because it’s easy for clients to drop off equipment or for us to head out to their offices. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy here. We just work together to solve whatever tech issues come our way. Sometimes the power goes out or the street gets flooded during the rains, but we just deal with it. It’s a real, working office where things actually get done. We aren't trying to change the world; we just want to provide decent tech support to the people who need it.
