Our operation is based in New Delhi, right in the heart of all the noise and heat. Being in a city like this means things never really stop moving. We deal with clothes and the whole business of getting them where they need to go. It is a lot of logistics and checking boxes. Some days the office feels a bit small when all the samples arrive at once. We don't spend our time writing long reports or having fancy lunches. Most of us are just focused on getting through the daily list of tasks. The Delhi weather is tough in the summer, but we keep the fans going and stay busy. We have been doing this in India for a while now. It’s a massive country and things can get complicated with shipping and suppliers. We try to keep our side of things simple. You won't hear us making big promises that aren't realistic. It is just a regular job for us. We have a small kitchen where someone is always making chai. That is where we actually get our best talking done. There is a lot of competition in the garment world, but we just stay in our own lane. We don't have a big marketing department. It is just us, a few computers, and a lot of talk about clothing. We like the rhythm of the work even when it gets a little chaotic.
