Gantan Packaging Machinery is located at 32/202A in Vikran Vihar, which is part of Lajpat Nagar IV. It is a crowded part of the city, and the streets are always full of shoppers and vendors. Our office is in a residential-commercial mix area, so it feels a bit more like a home than a sterile business space. We handle everything related to packaging machines from this location. We don’t actually manufacture the huge machines inside this office, but we do all the sales, the technical support, and the coordination here. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and talking to clients about their specific needs for packing their products. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing all afternoon. We have stacks of manuals and brochures all over the place. We aren't a huge team, just a small group of people who know these machines inside and out. If someone calls with a problem, we usually try to talk them through it or arrange for a technician to visit. Lajpat Nagar is a great location because we are close to everything, though the parking is always a nightmare. We’ve been here for a while and have a regular routine. We start our day with some tea and then get into the emails. It is a straightforward business, and we don't try to make it sound more complicated than it is. We just sell machines that help people pack their stuff. It is what we know how to do.
