Ganpati Realities (India) Privatelimited is what’s on the door. It’s a local business through and through. We deal with property and land, mostly right here in the surrounding area. I’ve spent a lot of my life in Ashok Nagar, so setting up shop here made sense. The office is usually a bit of a mess with paper maps and notes scribbled on napkins. We try to stay organized, but when things get busy, the filing system goes out the window for a day or two. We aren't some big national chain with a call center. When you call, one of us picks up the phone. We know the history of the plots around here and who used to live where. That kind of local knowledge helps. It’s not always easy work, and sometimes deals fall through because of some old piece of paper missing from the records. We just take it as it comes.
