We have our office at 100/2 in Patparganj. This is a well-known area in East Delhi for small businesses and industrial units. It is a bit of a maze of buildings and narrow streets, but we like it here. Galvanic Infotech is basically a group of us who are good with tech and computers. We spend a lot of our time sitting in front of screens, writing code or fixing things that aren't working right. The office is one of those places where there are wires everywhere and the smell of coffee is almost always in the air. It is not the most organized looking place in the world, but we know exactly where everything is kept. We don't have a dress code at all, so most of us just show up in jeans and t-shirts every day. It gets pretty loud in the building because there are other workshops and small offices nearby, but we just put on our headphones and get to work. Dealing with the Delhi weather is always a topic of conversation, especially when the AC struggles during the peak of summer. We are not a big corporation with thousands of employees or a human resources department. We are just a small team trying to do good work and keep the people who hire us happy. Most of our lunch breaks are spent at the local stalls nearby getting some quick food or a cup of hot chai. It is a busy, unpretentious life here.
