We are tucked away on the third floor of 253-A-3 in Shahpur Jat. If you know the area, you know it's a total maze of narrow lanes and old buildings. It’s a bit of a climb to get up here because there isn't an elevator, but the view of the nearby rooftops is actually okay when the sun is setting. Formation Avance Et Solutions is just a few of us. We work in this space and try to keep things somewhat organized, though it's not always an easy task. Shahpur Jat is a creative kind of place with a lot of young designers and small shops, so it’s an interesting neighborhood to be in every day. We’ve been here for some time now and we've gotten used to the many quirks of the building. Sometimes the water is out or the stairs are blocked by a delivery, but we just roll with it. It's not a polished corporate office by any stretch of the imagination. We have our desks, some old files, and way too many coffee mugs. We spend our hours going through data and figuring out solutions to the stuff that comes our way. It’s a practical way to spend the day. We don't use big words or have fancy titles for ourselves. We're just regular people working in a regular office. It’s a bit cramped when we have visitors, but we make it work. It feels real and grounded, which is how we prefer things to be in our daily lives as we work.
