We started Fire Stars Buildcons & Consultants over at the Indraprakash Building on Barakhamba Road because there seemed to be a lot of confusion in how buildings get put together around here. It isn't always easy dealing with all the paperwork and the actual construction stuff at the same time. We spend most of our days in the office at number 610, just trying to keep projects moving along. Some days it is mostly talking to people about their plans, and other days we are looking at drawings or figuring out what went wrong on a site. It is just a few of us here. We don’t really go in for fancy talk or big promises that nobody can keep. People come by when they have a project in mind but aren't quite sure where to start with the technical side of things. It gets busy on Barakhamba Road, but we’ve been in this spot for a while now and we know the area pretty well. Sometimes the work is just basic consulting, and sometimes it involves more of the building process itself. We just try to be practical about what can actually be done with a budget. It's not a huge operation, just a regular workplace where we try to get things right for the folks who hire us. If you’re ever near the Indraprakash Building, you’ll see our sign.
