Fine Home Constructions Private Limited is located right in the middle of Central Delhi. You can find us at Himalaya House on K. G. Marg. We are way up on the 12th floor, in unit G-127. The view from up here shows just how much is always happening in the city. Being in the heart of the capital makes it easy for people to find us, though parking can sometimes be a real headache around here. We’ve been in this office for a while. It’s not the biggest space, but we have enough room for our desks and all the blueprints that seem to pile up. We spend our mornings responding to messages and our afternoons out at various job sites. It's a lot of driving around, but that's just how the job is. We don't use much fancy talk. We just like to get the work finished. Central Delhi has its own rhythm and we’ve learned to work with it. The building itself is an older one, but it has character. We know the security guards and the folks in the neighboring offices. It’s a professional atmosphere but we keep things relaxed inside our own doors. Sometimes we stay late when a project is at a critical stage. We don't mind it much. It’s just part of being in the construction trade in a place like this.
