If you find yourself in Agra, specifically in the Sikandra area, you might come across us at 116, Arvind Puram, Phase I. It’s a residential-looking neighborhood, which makes coming to work feel a bit more relaxed. Fersher has its roots right here. We don't have a skyscraper or a big glass-fronted building. It’s just a regular place where we set up our equipment and get to work every morning. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy to worry about that. There’s a small garden out front that someone tries to keep tidy, though the heat in Agra usually has other ideas. We don't follow a strict corporate script when we talk to people. We just say what’s on our minds and try to be helpful. It’s a small operation, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. One day you might be answering phones, and the next you’re helping move boxes. That’s just how it goes in a small business. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just want to do a decent job and go home to our families. Sometimes the internet is slow, or a delivery is late, and we just deal with it. It’s a very real, very human way of working, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
