We are located in A-Block of Dilshad Garden, specifically at A-22 S/1. Despite the name Fashionista Private Ltd., we are a pretty down-to-earth group. The office isn't full of runways or anything like that; it’s mostly just sewing machines, fabric rolls, and a few computers for the paperwork. Dilshad Garden is a nice enough area to work in. It has a lot of greenery compared to other parts of the city, which we appreciate during our lunch breaks. The building we are in is sturdy but old. We’ve had to fix the plumbing a few times this year. Our team is small, mostly people who live nearby and walk or take a rickshaw to get here. We spend the day looking at samples and checking the stitching on various garments. It gets dusty with all the thread and fabric flying around, so we try to sweep up at least twice a day. There is no big corporate hierarchy here. The person who owns the place is usually right there in the middle of it, helping with the packing or checking the quality of the latest batch. We don't have a fancy lobby. If you walk in, you’re likely to see someone eating lunch at their desk or a pile of boxes waiting for the courier. It’s just how we work, focusing on the tasks at hand and getting things finished on time.
