Fashion Xing

Our workspace is on the first floor at No. 1/ 3509. We are located in Gali No. 6 within the Ram Nagar Extension area of Shahdara. It is a bit tucked away from the main road, which actually helps us focus on our work without too much noise. Fashion Xing is a small setup where we handle various garment projects. We have a few sewing machines and a large table for cutting the cloth. Most of our days are spent listening to the hum of the machines and checking the stitching on the shirts and trousers. Shahdara is a crowded neighborhood, so there is always something going on outside our window. Being on the first floor means people have to know we are here to find us, but we have built up a steady group of clients over time. We aren't a massive factory with hundreds of workers. It is just a handful of us putting in the hours every day. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a big batch of orders, especially during the festive seasons when everyone wants their things quickly. The stairs up to the shop are a bit narrow, so moving heavy rolls of fabric can be a real chore. We keep things pretty informal here. There is no corporate dress code or fancy meetings. We just show up and get the sewing done as best as we can. It is a practical life and we are used to it.
