Our space is at B 1 Ext. A 39 within the Mohan Cop. Ind. Estate. It’s one of those big industrial areas where every building looks a bit like the next one. We’ve been here at Fashion House Inc. for quite some time now. The morning commute usually involves navigating the crowds near the metro or the heavy traffic on the main road. Once you get inside the estate, it’s all about the sounds of the nearby units and the smell of grease. It’s a very practical place. We don't have any decorations to speak of, just the racks and the desks we need to get the job done. We spend most of our hours checking orders and making sure the inventory is right. The air in the estate is always a bit thick with the smell of machinery, but you stop noticing after the first hour. We usually eat our lunch at the small tables we set up in the back corner. It’s not a place for tourists or casual strollers; you only come here if you have specific business. A 39 is just a regular unit in a long row of them. We know the guys in the neighboring units, and we occasionally borrow a tool or help them move something heavy. It’s a working-class atmosphere through and through. We just show up, do what needs to be done at B 1 Ext, and head home when the lights in the estate start to dim for the night.
