Faridell Associates

Working out of Okhla Industrial Estate Phase I is an experience, to say the least. It’s always loud outside with trucks moving and people rushing around all the time. We’re located at A 227, and if you’ve ever tried to navigate these streets, you know it’s a bit of a maze. Faridell Associates has been set up here for some time now. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees in suits. It’s a smaller team, and we mostly just focus on getting the day's tasks finished without too much fuss. Some of the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but the work gets done regardless of how the office looks. We handle various bits and pieces of business stuff that comes our way. Sometimes the internet acts up because that's just how it is in this part of the estate, but we manage to stay productive. We’ve seen a lot of businesses come and go in Phase I, but we’ve managed to stay put. Most of our days are spent at our desks, talking to people on the phone and sorting through piles of files. It’s nothing glamorous, just steady work in a very busy industrial area. We like the fact that we're right in the middle of all the action, even if the dust from the road gets in everywhere. It feels real. We just show up, do what needs doing, and head home when the sun goes down.
