Working out of Vasundhara Enclave at Famous Infoways Inc. is pretty quiet compared to the rest of the city. We like it that way because it lets us focus on what we’re doing. Our office isn't anything you’d see in a magazine. It’s just a practical space with a lot of desks and a small corner for making coffee. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone writing fancy slogans for us. We just come in, do the work, and go home. Most of the people here have been with us for a long time, so we’re more like a small group of friends than just coworkers. We don't have those "employee of the month" plaques or anything like that. If someone does a good job, we just tell them. It’s simple. Vasundhara Enclave is a nice spot, and we’ve gotten to know the local area well. Sometimes we go out for a quick lunch at the nearby stalls. The work can be repetitive sometimes, but we try to keep things interesting by chatting while we work. We aren't trying to change the world; we just want to make sure our tasks are finished by the end of the day. There’s no corporate ladder to climb here. We just all pitch in where it’s needed. It’s a very down-to-earth place where we value getting things done over looking professional. It works for us, and it’s been working for years.
