Faaiz Books

Faaiz Books is located at Building No-232, which is right near the Indian Oil Petrol Pump in Nizamudin West. This is where we spend most of our time, surrounded by piles of books and packing materials. It’s a busy spot because the petrol pump brings in a lot of cars and people all day long. The shop itself is not very big, and sometimes it feels a little bit crowded when new stock arrives in those big heavy boxes. We spend a lot of our hours just sorting through titles and trying to find space on the shelves. It’s a simple business, and we don’t have any fancy displays or corporate decorations. We just work with books and this is where we sell them from. Nizamudin West is an interesting area with a lot of history, and being in this building for so long makes us feel like part of the furniture. Sometimes the noise from the road gets a bit loud, but we don't mind it much. We just keep the door open and wait for people to wander in. We aren't trying to be the biggest or anything like that. We just want to make sure the books are handled right and people find what they are looking for. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of all the paper, but that's just part of the job. We are here every day just doing the regular work that needs to be done.
